Serving as a key and influential member of the UK Direct Marketing Association’s Email Marketing Council and also the Internet Advertising Bureau since 2006, Tink has judged the Email, Mobile & Agency categories at the UK DMA’s awards for over half a decade. Robert has a passion for commerce and order management. In his previous role as Senior Director of Product Management, he was responsible for guiding Magento’s order management and omnichannel fulfillment strategy and roadmap. Robert has over 20 years of experience working with B2B online merchants, retailers, distributors and branded manufacturers to deploy commerce technologies in innovative, differentiated ways. Rob has a particular interest in leveraging supply chain, inventory, and logistics innovation to enable transformative commerce experiences.
CBDMART - Vice President, Marketplace
Alaa has been involved in eCommerce since 2001 (sometimes he feels like a dinosaur). Through his career, he has helped retailers sell over $200 million online by leveraging his expertise around growth strategy, digital marketing and conversion optimization. And if you're a foodie or love the Porsche sports car, you'll get along really well with him!
His eCommerce experience has been acquired from his previous careers leading digital marketing at LinenChest.com (Home Retailer), helping BeyondTheRack.com expand onto marketplaces (Amazon/eBay) and leading all eCommerce efforts for 14+ years at iNetVideo.com (Internet Retailer Top 500 & Inc 5000).
